This standard relates to paper covered rectangular copper winding wire comprising two or more lappings of paper tape - The range of nominal conductor dimensions covered by this standards width is Min. 2.0 mm-Max.16.0 mm and the thickness is Min. 0.80 mm-Max. 5.60 mm - The specified combinations of width and thickness as well as the specified ratio width/thickness are given in IEC Publication 182-3
