Scope

This supplement relates to the values for maximum overall diameters of enamelled round winding wires of Grade 3 in the range of nominal diameters of conductors from 0,080 mm up to and including 5,000 mm * Notes: 1) This supplement is to serve as a basis for the preparation of specification sheets for different types of wire irrespective of the type of insulation - If for certain types of insulation this supplement cannot be followed for technical reasons, this shall be explicity stated on the specification sheet - 2) This part should be used in conjunction with IEC Publication 182-1 'Diameters of Conductors or round Winding Wires' and IEC Publication 182-2 'Maximum Overall Diameters of Enamelled Round Winding Wires'
