Scope

This document specifies the composition labelling of the components of fillings containing both plumage and non-plumage materials.
It is applicable to feathers and down, blended with other materials, used as fillings of manufactured articles at each stage in their commercial distribution.
This document is applicable to fillings totally containing more than 2 % of non-plumage materials as reported by testing to FprEN 18226.
This document does not apply to fillings totally containing more than 5 % of foreign matter (see 3.7) as reported by testing to FprEN 18226.
