Scope

This European Standard specifies a way to identify the various fractions of municipal waste by a set of visual elements, including colours, symbols, text.
This European Standard is intended to create a unique operative model to easily identify the waste containers through visual elements thereby facilitating collection and recycling/recovery services for both consumers and management companies.
