CEN/TC 442 Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Technical Specification
The proposed Technical Specification is intended to provide CEN Technical Committees
with a structured methodology to enable standards to support digital transformation by using the
standards deliverables developed by CEN/TC 442 Building Information Modelling (BIM).
The technical specification will enable the creation and maintenance of key terms and definitions
from product and design standards, as well as a standard approach to the development of data
templates, construction objects, properties and reference documents in the deliverables produced
by CEN Technical Committees.
