This part of EN 1014 specifies a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of benzo(a)pyrene in creosote. For reasons of precision, this prestandard is applicable to the determination of the benzo(a)pyrene content of creosote containing more than 30 mg/kg.
