Scope

Development of proposal for wind turbine standard for tower and onshore foundation design incl. steel and concrete towers and for design of foundations. This should be a European Common Modification to bring the IEC Standard IEC 61400-6 in line with Eurocodes and standard development of CEN/TC 250.
