Scope

This standard defines the general requirements for inspection and testing of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys.
Particular requirements applicable to each type of wrought products are defined in EN 2070-2 and EN 2070-7.
The corresponding requirements for forgings are given in EN 2082-1 to EN 2082-3.
