The guideline will show how to implement the eIDAS Regulation in public procurement. It is structured as follows: Section 2 describes the eIDAS Regulation. Section 3 provides the necessary backgrounds information with respect to the eIDAS and focusses on the different instruments addressed by the Regulation and discusses on the legal framework for trust services. Section 4 provides details on electronic signature and electronic seals. Section 5 provides guidelines whether or how use these services. The Annex contains some background on electronic signature.
