Scope

A control is defined for the Journal Printer and three automation objects are defined for the printer: Journal,
JournalPrinterAction and JournalPrinterCoAction. The Journal Printer exposes the functionality of the printer
by means of properties, methods and events. It also supports relevant interfaces to qualify as a control. Since
it is a full control, it can be visually manipulated at design time in any ActiveX enabled development
environments like VB.
The JournalPrinterAction object list is used to specify the media control operations in the DoPrinterAction
method. The JournalPrinterCoAction object is used to specify the subset of same operations during
ReadForm and PrintForm commands.
Besides these objects, the printer also uses the PrintForm, PrintMedia, PrintField,
PrintLayoutPrinterReadMediaType and PrinterWriteMediaType objects defined in PrinterGeneric.doc
