Scope

The PIN Pad device provides the mechanism to enable data input within a multi-vendor environment. In
addition, along with the security module, customer PIN’s can be encrypted and/or verified.
This control can be used in any ActiveX container that supports the IDispatch interface and events. Typically
these include HTML Browsers and MS Visual Basic. The control has the following functions:
- Entering Personal Identification Numbers (PINs).
- Data entry.
- Function key handling.
