Scope

This CEN Workshop Agreement presents a requirements taxonomy that identifies a set of basic general requirements. They are classified into a) metadata, and b) facilities needed in association with metadata. Both classifications are aligned with related concepts in the metadata model (metadata classes) and in the metadata framework (framework decomposition). Together with the above mentioned metadata taxonomy, a methodology to help identify requirements for different application domain is provided.
