Scope

Production of the categorial structure for a concept system (as defined in ENV 12264) for the classifications of imaging procedures to be used, for example, for communication, reimbursement, productivity reviews, and retrieval. the present work item will concern only the image production procedures using indirect physical visualisation and mainly the procedures related to radiology (including advanced technologies as NMR), nuclear medicine and ultrasound. Other adjacent domains of imaging procedures either have already been considered like Endoscopy by ENV 1828 or must be studied later
