Scope

This document gives guidelines on accessibility, presentation and execution of electronic contracts.
It covers:
- the availability and online location of an electronic contract;
- the management of changes to an electronic contract;
- the presentation of the electronic contract for review by customers;
- the navigation of the electronic contract and location of its key information; and
- the execution of an electronic contract.

It is applicable to any organization that seeks to make their contracts available for review and execution online.
