Scope

This document defines the criteria and general requirements for the interfaces to and from the Digital Building Logbook (DBL) to be used as part of a Digital Thread to manage the life cycle of buildings. It specifies suitable interfaces, relevant standards, and clarifies the responsibilities and scopes of both concepts.
