Scope

It contains all the requirements for fire resting doors defined in the scope of CEN/TC 33 WG 5. For this standard all the requirements for both manual and power operated doors will still apply. It shall be applied on design, construction and use of all fire resisting industrial, commercial and residential garage doors and gates.
