Scope

This NPWI aims to identify the processes related to the CFO activities, such as:
– Planning: includes all activities relating to the design, organisation and planning of the activities and controls included in the processes impacting economic and financial reporting.
– Execution: includes all the operational activities envisaged in the area processes. It includes the coordination of the functions belonging to the three AFSP macro-areas.
– Verification: this phase includes the specific verification and monitoring of the activities executed previously. This phase includes the verification and measuring actions using appropriate indicators to ensure a high level of internal controls in the AFSP areas and the whole organisation.
– Review: includes specific activities implementing improvement processes, continuous development and the review of plans and programmes. This phase includes the verification of the results compared to the plans and their review as well as the involvement and enhancement of (intellectual, environmental and financial) resources and capital with a view to long-term synergies and sustainability.
