Scope

This documents aims to define a set of complementary product specifications for bituminous binders used for paving applications. This document, complementary to EN 12591, EN13924-1, EN 13924-2 and EN 14023 but with no scope overlap, provides a range of properties based on enhanced assessment methods to address the binder´s performance, especially when it comes to complex, modified binders.
