Scope

The deliverable will provide guidance to PSAPs to complement existing standards to overcome operational issues, and where appropriate will provide specifications for additional processes to eliminate or mitigate issues, and will provide guidance for the revision of the existing specifications to enable eCall to avoid issues to the detriment of service provision.
