Scope

This European Standard is a guideline to specify, dimensions, materials and performance requirements
(including methods of test) of combined products groups, which are combinations of existing products
according European standards, having nominal sizes from DN 10 to DN 10050 and working pressures1)
from 0,1 MPa (1 bar) to 1,0 MPa (10 bar).
Combined products groups shall be fitted to drinking water systems according to EN 806 and one of
their main fun ction shall be protection of drinking water by backflow according to EN 1717.
