The draft annex to EN1994-2 that has been produced by SC4.PT1 has the following scope, which would be reproduced in the proposed TS:
• General including what a composite dowel is formed from and looks like
• Design resistance and detailing
Longitudinal shear resistance
Fabrication requirements and tolerances
Detailing rules, including reinforcement and concrete requirements
Resistance to tensile force
• Fatigue strength
