• Constraints on localisation and transaction time
• Impacts on the compliance check communication (i.e. the EN ISO 12813) standard
• Recommendations for existing standards
• Recommendations for missing standards
• Potentially informative annexes to illustrate examples of transactions using ITS-G5 and LTE-V2X.
It is outside the scope of this document to define the personalization of the OBU.
