Scope

This EN will be based on existing TSI and ECM
(Good practices and experience within member states also to be looked at by the working group as preliminary work)
First topic:
- what is the minimum content of the maintenance program (e.g. plan, list of actions, maintenance steps, condition based maintenance etc)
- what are the assessment criteria
- what is the method to be used to produce the first maintenance plan from OEM ILS studies and RAMS requirements
- validation
- types of change needed
For the discussion:
- plan= list of planned maintenance intervals and tolerances
- program= list of maintenance tasks and interventions
Second topic:
- when is a change needed ? (only informative content, generic, in the introduction)
- minimum steps
- assessment criteria to be considered (CSM RA, others ? )
- what is the method to be used
- monitoring conditions (e.g. observation period, fleet checks, proofs and tests etc)
