Stationary source emissions - Reference method for the determination of CO2 concentration and mass emissions

Scope

This European Standard specifies a reference method for the determination of CO2 concentration and mass emission rates from stationary source emissions. The method is applicable for the calibration of continuous CO2 emissions monitors and for the provision of periodic and short-term measurement of CO2 concentration and mass emission rates.
The target uncertainty for the method should be +/- 1 % for CO2 concentration and 2,5 % for mass emission rates.
This European Standard supports the requirements of EU Directives 2003/87/EC and 2009/29/EC.
