Scope

The CEN TC 336, Bituminous Binders having considered the TC 336 WG 2 report document N391 presenting recommendations for working on the improvement of test method precision on fluxed bitumen and bituminous emulsions decides to create a preliminary work item to prepare recommendations for updating the precision of test methods on fluxed bitumen and bituminous emulsions.
