Daylight in buildings

Scope

The standard is to cover daylight within buildings covering workplaces, dwellings and other areas such as education, child care, prisons, hospitals and care homes. It is to cover both new build and renovation projects. It will consider daylight availability to a site, daylight inside buildings and view out. There will also be a section on the health impacts of daylight.
