Postal services - Hybrid Mail - Extension of the postal service provision into the Internet

Scope

- Exclusive TLD for DO´s?
- Non member of UPU should be treated equally - BUT who is representation them?
- Suggestion: Workshop for non members to understand the implications and necessary standards in Europe under the guidance of CEN
- Not only conversion of UPU standards, but also taking the lead in QoS- and multi-vendor hybrid and secure electronic postal delivery services environments in Europe.
