Scope

2 different test methods will be developed based upon existing tests used by Industry. These consist of a dry method that is rapid & simple to do & a wet method that is much slower. The intention is to make sure both tests give similar results. The dry method requires expensive equipment whilst the wet method is inexpensive to set up. The sampling methodology is considered to be the area requiring most development. The form can be bulk, paper, shapes, boards, felt or blanket.
