This European Standard describes the determination of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs. The determination of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs will be based on GC/HRMS, with:
- Extraction of dioxins from fat;
- Removal interfering contaminants;
- Seperation dioxins and PCBs.
