Technical Report
This CEN/TR XXXX specifies procedures for the quantitative resuscitation and enumeration of Salmonella spp., including potentially sub-lethally damaged Salmonella spp. in sewage sludges by culture of individual colonies on chromogenic agar media. It may be suitable for other sludges, soils and organic fertilisers of similar consistency to the matrices validated.
