This European Standard specifies an extraction method for the routine determination of calcium chloride/DTPA (CAT) extractable phosphorus (soluble phosphorus) in soil, sludge, biowaste, treated biowaste and related wastes. The method is not applicable to liming materials and some other materials. Dry and moist (fresh) samples can be extracted.
