Scope

To develop, in the form of a CEN Technical Report, a guide for the development of Quality Assurance systems for solid biofuels. It will be an independent document supporting the implementation of the Fuel Quality Assurance Technical Specification based largely on the results of work carried out on the BioNorm project.
