This WI defines the calculations and tests necessary to demonstrate an acceptable resistance to derailment, covering static requirements, slow speed passage over specified track feature/fault, dynamic track tests and/or simulations, compressive forces on buffers on minimum radius curve and compressive tests on S-curves.
