Winter maintenance equipment and road service area maintenance equipment - Interface specifications for rear mounted equipment over chassis frame - Interchangeability

Scope

This document specifies provisions related both to the carrying vehicle and to the tools which ensure interchangeability in case of rear mounted equipments over chassis frame.

Requirements will be given that apply to the following interfaces:

- mechanical fixing systems (types and interchangeability dimensions, load capacity, installation
heights, ...);
- hydraulic connections (location on the vehicle);
- electrical connections (location on the vehicle);
- power take-offs (location on the vehicle).
