Scope

The standard will define the protocols, the application interfaces and separately the message sets necessary to support the transmission of Traffic and Travel Information over medium to high data-rate broadcast bearer. It will be flexible supporting the use of a wide range of services and receivers and be independent of the broadcast bearer used.
