Scope

This work item will deliver a CEN Report with a specification of both principles and detail of the approach to be recommended in maintenance of the messaging standards. This shall describe how a coherent set of messages can be achieved with minimal repetition of objects and yet continue to be improved responding to user needs. The scope of the report is that it shall be applied to the standards produced by CEN/TC but it will probably also have a wider applicability within EBES, etc. The CR will also offer recommendations for modification of the CR 12587 if necessary.
