Plastics piping systems for non-pressure drainage and sewerage - Unsaturated polyester resin concrete (RCP)

Scope

This standard gives guidance to parties involved in assessment of conformity and is applicable to piping systems made of polymer concrete based on unsaturated polyester resin (UP) intended to be used for non-pressure drainage and sewerage. It specifies procedures for the assessment of conformity to the requirements for materials, components, joints and assemblies given in the parts 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the standard. These procedures are to be included in the manufacturer's quality plan. Requirements are included in this standard for the manufacturer's quality system conforming to ISO EN 9002, as applicable.
