Scope

Standardization of terminology and definitions, specification of business process, common requirements and those methods and procedures for general understanding of Building Management (BM) services as a whole which are essentially for the standardization work of Technical BM services including rules for functional interfaces between each service process of Technical BM and Commercial BM / Infrastructural BM.
